TONIGHT

The Bakersfield Condors host the Utah Grizzlies for Game 5 of their best-of-seven Kelly Cup Quarterfinals series with a 3-games-to-1 series advantage. Thus far, the first four games have all been decided by one goal and dating back to the regular season, eight of the 10 meetings between the two sides have been one-goal contests. Combined with the regular season, the Condors have 24 goals in the season series while the Grizzlies have tallied 25 markers. Neither team in this series has had a two-goal lead at any point.

Game 3: Condors 4 v Utah 3 (OT)

Game 4: D Collin Bowman tied the game with 0.8 seconds left in regulation to force overtime. In the extra session, LW Andrew Carroll's bad-angle shot from below the goal line in the left-wing corner, bounced off the skate of G Igor Bobkov and into the net. It was the second straight OT winner for Bakersfield in the series.

CONDORS NOTES

LW Andrew Carroll (2g-2a) has points in each of the four games of this series, including two game-winning goals (Games 1 & 4)... Bakersfield is now 9-9 all-time in playoff overtimes... D Collin Bowman and C Greg Miller each have goals in two straight... The Condors have scored the opening goal in each of the first four games, but have not had a lead entering the third period... Bakersfield has scored a third period, game-tying goal in the last five minutes of regulation in each of the last two games... Dating back to the regular season, the Condors are 9-2-0 in their last 11 games.
