Thursday, March 2 : Condor defenseman Jordan Little and Ticket Administration & Client Services Manager Dayna Cashion will attend the celebration of Dr. Seuss's birthday at Virginia Avenue School beginning at 8:30am. Virginia Avenue School is located at 3301 Virginia Avenue in Bakersfield.
Thursday, March 2 : Houchin Community Blood Bank and the Bakersfield Condors are wrapping up a month-long blood drive that gave donors the opportunity to earn $1 admissions to a Condors home game. Anyone that donates blood prior to March 7 will receive a voucher for $1 admission to see the Condors take on the Long Beach Ice Dogs Tuesday, March 7. Join Condors players Eric Neilson, Oriel McHugh and Public Relations Assistant Angelese Reed from 5-7pm at Houchin Blood Bank, 5901 Truxtun Avenue in Bakersfield.
Friday, March 3 : In a continued celebration for Dr. Seuss's birthday, Del Vista Elementary School is hosting "Read Across America". Director of Community Relations Mikie Hayhurst and Condor Oriel McHugh will read to students beginning at 10am. Del Vista Elementary is located at 710 Quincy Street in Delano.

Monday, February 20 - Tip-A-Condor Dinner : The Bakersfield Condors and the Kern County Shrine Club hosted the annual Tip-A-Condor charity dinner at the Crystal Palace. Condors players traded skates for aprons and served as waiters throughout the evening. The event raised more than $16,000 to benefit the Kern County Shrine Club.
Friday, February 24 : Condor defenseman Eric Neilson and Ticket Administration & Client Services Manager Dayna Cashion were Celebrity Readers at Berkshire Elementary in Bakersfield.
Saturday, February 25 : The City of Bakersfield Recreation and Parks Department and the Bakersfield Condors hosted the first ever Family Fun Factor challenge at University Park. The games included Hockey Shots, a 5-Legged Race and Condors mascot Colonel Claw'd took a turn at Ice Block Bowling. Prizes included Family Four Pack tickets to upcoming Condors games.

Thursday, April 6 : Jamie Cooke Team Canada Jersey to be auctioned - You have a chance to own a piece of history! Former Condor Jamie Cooke is donating his 2003 game-worn Team Canada jersey from the Pan Am Games to be auctioned off by Fairview Elementary School. Thursday, April 6th , the "Day of the Child Festival" will take place at Fairview Elementary School from 5:30-7:30pm. At the end of the evening, the final bid will be accepted and the winner will be announced. You can place your bid at the event, or in advance by contacting Mary Lou Martinez by phone 747-9552 or by email martinezm@gfusd.k12.ca.us Jamie Cooke suited up for the Condors from 1999- 2003 and will represent Team Canada this July as captain in the World Games then again in the 2007 Pan Am Games. Proceeds from this auction will help less privileged children attend an educational field- trip.
Individual game tickets are on sale now and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena box office, which is open 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.
