Compass Coach Lines Rural Routes Program Announced
October 18, 2022 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Brandon Wheat Kings News Release
Brandon, MB - The Brandon Wheat Kings in partnership with Compass Coach Lines are excited to announce a new "Rural Route" program that will bring hockey fans from across Manitoba to Westoba Place for live WHL action this winter.
This program is available to any community that has interest in filling a Compass Coach Lines bus on 10 different home dates. Each patron will receive a game ticket, and door to door bus transportation on one of Compass Coach Lines unique and luxurious motor coaches that will feature leather seats, hardwood floors, USB ports or 110V outlets, lavatory and much more to ensure a comfortable ride.
The Rural Routes package is great for communities to get together for a night of entertainment in the Wheat City to take in a Wheat King game and arrive home safely. This is also a good option for Minor Hockey Teams and any other youth groups to get together for some team bonding before their seasons begin.
"This is a great opportunity to connect small town Manitoba to the Brandon Wheat Kings," said Compass Coach Lines Owner, David Anning. "The Wheat Kings have always enjoyed tremendous support throughout the province and this initiative will provide fans with an opportunity to get to and from Brandon safely and enjoy a fun evening of Wheat Kings hockey."
The Rural Route Program will be available to anyone looking to book a bus for the following games. Each bus can hold up to 50 patrons. There will be two buses available for each assigned game. Call 204-726-3535 and mention "Rural Routes" for more information. First come, first serve!
