CNY Eye and Tissue Bank Awareness Night Set for January 15

Syracuse, NY (January 10, 2011) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today the details of CNY Eye and Tissue Bank Awareness Night, set for this Saturday, January 15 vs. Rochester.

Each fan in attendance at this Saturday's January 15 game vs. Rochester will receive a 5" x 7" Crunch photo featuring center Nick Bonino with information on donating the gift of life.

Headquartered in Syracuse, The Central New York Eye and Tissue Bank is a private, nonprofit, medical organization whose commitment is to save and enhance lives through eye and tissue donation while maintaining respect for those who give the gift of life.

The Central New York Eye and Tissue Bank holds the highest level of accreditation from the Eye Bank Association of America, is accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks, is licensed by the New York State Department of Health, as well as regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. They also assist in important medical research that investigates the causes and cures of a wide variety of eye disorders.

The Crunch finish off their season-high seven game road trip on Friday, January 14 at Hamilton before finally returning home for a Saturday, January 15 match-up vs. Rochester at 7:30 p.m. at The Oncenter War Memorial Arena. Season and single-game tickets for the 2010-11 season are on sale and can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473- 4444, or by stopping by the Crunch office at The Oncenter War Memorial Arena, located at 800 South State Street in downtown Syracuse.
