
Chiefs Look to Even Score as They Host Portland Saturday Night

Spokane, Wash. - Following an impressive 4-1 win Friday night, the Spokane Chiefs will take on the Portland Winterhawks for the fourth time in two weekends on Saturday night. The Chiefs dropped two games in Portland last weekend but bounced back Friday night with a strong defensive effort as netminder Mason Beaupit turned aside 39 of 40 shots faced. It's the Fred Meyer Wall Calendar Giveaway, as the first 3,000 fans through the gates will receive a Spokane Chiefs wall calendar courtesy of Fred Meyer.
