Canucks re-assign McVicar and Balej to Manitoba

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks Senior Vice President and General Manager Dave Nonis announced today that goaltender Rob McVicar and Jozef Balej have been reassigned to the Manitoba Moose of the AHL. McVicar has dressed in ten games for the Vancouver Canucks this season and played 2:44 at Edmonton on December 1st, 2005. Balej saw 7:56 in ice time, recorded one assist and was a plus one in his first game as a Vancouver Canuck on December 4th versus Boston.
