AHL announces suspension
December 5, 2005 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. . The American Hockey League today announced that Albany River Rats defenseman Alex Brooks has been suspended for two (2) regular-season games as a result of his actions during an AHL game vs. the Binghamton Senators on Dec. 3.
Brooks has already served the first game of his suspension, and will miss Albany's game on Dec. 7 at Norfolk. He will be eligible to return on Dec. 9 at Philadelphia.
