
C.J. Severyn Selected to ECHL All-Star Team

Orlando Solar Bears News Release
Orlando, FL - The ECHL announced today that forward C.J. Severyn has been selected to represent the Orlando Solar Bears in the 2013 ECHL All-Star Game.
Severyn has played in 36 of 39 Solar Bears games this season, scoring 11 goals and adding eight assists for 19 points. The 6'1", 185 lbs. forward had a four-game point streak from December 15 through December 21, knocking home four goals and adding one assist during that span. Severyn began his professional career last season with the Utah Grizzlies where he netted 15 points on five goals and 10 assists in 48 games. Prior to turning pro, the Beaver, PA, native skated for four seasons with Ohio State University earning 41 points (25 goals, 16 assists) in 140 games.
Severyn replaces LW Nick Petersen on the All-Star roster as Petersen is currently recalled to the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League.
The All-Star Game will be played on Wednesday, January 23, in Loveland, Colorado.
