Burger to Officially Start Rehab Tonight

(NASHVILLE, TN) -- INF Jake Burger, who is currently on the Chicago White Sox 10-day injured list with a bone bruise in his right hand, will officially begin a major league rehab assignment with the Charlotte Knights starting tonight.
The Knights will face the Nashville Sounds at First Horizon Park in Nashville, TN in game two of the six-game series tonight. First pitch of tonight's game is set for 8:05 PM ET.
Burger, 26, was placed on Chicago's injured list on July 6. He has appeared in 51 games with the White Sox this season and is hitting .250 (42-for-168) with 20 runs scored, nine doubles, one triple, eight home runs and 26 RBIs. He began the 2022 season with the Knights and hit .213 (10-for-47) with 11 runs scored, three home runs and eight RBIs in 13 games.
