
Bulldogs set to battle Admirals, Griffins and Marlies

Fresh off two wins on the weekend in which they outscored their opponents by a combined score of 12-1, the Hamilton Bulldogs (10-8-0-1) will play three games this week, including two home contests at Copps Coliseum. Hamilton opens the week by hosting the Milwaukee Admirals (7-9-2-0) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday November 28th. The 'Dogs then travel to Grand Rapids on Wednesday November 29th to take on the Griffins (8-10-2-1) at 7:00 p.m. at Van Andel Arena and return home to wrap up the week against the Toronto Marlies (7-10-2-1) on Friday December 1st at 7:30 p.m.
The 'Dogs posted a 2-1-0-0 record last week. Hamilton lost a close game to the Manitoba Moose 5-4 on Tuesday (Nov. 21) before posting victories against the first-place Rochester Americans 6-0 on Saturday (Nov. 25) and the Milwaukee Admirals 6-1 on Sunday (Nov. 26). In the month of November the Bulldogs have an overall record of 8-2-0-1, and are currently tied for second place in the North Division Standings.

PLAYER NOTES
- RW Duncan Milroy notched six points (4-2-6) in three games last week including his first AHL hat trick on Tuesday (Nov. 21) against Manitoba and leads the team with 19 points (10-9-19) in 17 games this season. Milroy also recorded his 100th career AHL point, all as a Bulldog, with his assist in the first period on Sunday (Nov. 26) against Milwaukee
- G Jaroslav Halak registered two wins in two games last week including his sixth career AHL shutout against Rochester (Nov. 25) and leads the AHL in Goals Against Average (1.44), Save Percentage (.952) and Shutouts (3)
- RW Andrei Kostitsyn is on a team-high six-game point streak (Nov. 4 -26) with nine points (3-6-9) in that span
- C Mikhail Grabovski recorded six points (1-5-6) in three games last week and was named the game's first star on Saturday (Nov. 25) against Rochester
- C Maxim Lapierre scored his first-career AHL hat trick on Sunday (Nov. 26) against Milwaukee and was named the game's first star
- D Mathieu Roy posted four assists in three games last week and leads the team with a plus-11 rating this season

- Dallas RW Antti Miettinen (5-4-9) had the game-winning goal and an assist vs. Colorado (Nov. 20) in a 5-4 win
- Edmonton C Marty Reasoner (3-6-9) had the game-winning goal and an assist vs. Chicago (Nov. 24) in a 5-1 win
