The Waterloo Bucks (5-10) lost to the Mankato MoonDogs (10-6) by a 10-5 score on Wednesday night.
Waterloo received multi-hit games from Drue Galassi (2-4, HR, R, RBI, SB), Deion Thompson (2-4, RBI), and Kevin Welsh (2-4, BB, R). Ryan Gonzalez (1-4, R, 2B, 3 RBI) drove in 3 on a double as part of a 5-run Bucks 7th. Matt Whalen provided the Bucks with 5.0 strong on the bump, allowing only 2 earned on 4 hits and 3 walks.
The Bucks and MoonDogs continue their series in Waterloo on Thursday evening at 6:35 p.m.
