Blue Jays Recall Bisons RHP Marcus Stroman

The Toronto Blue Jays announced tonight that they have recalled Bisons RHP MARCUS STROMAN. This is Stroman's second promotion to the Blue Jays this season.
Stroman is 2-4 with a 3.03 ERA in seven starts for the Bisons this season. The righty leads the club with 45 strikeouts and has allowed just 32 hits in 35.2 innings of work. He threw the first complete game of his professional career in the second game of a doubleheader in Lehigh Valley on April 9 (6.0 IP, 3 H, R, 0 ER, 5 BB, 8 SO) and collected his first win at Triple-A in his next outing, April 16 vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (5.1 IP, 5 H, 9 SO) On April 29 vs. Louisville, Stroman struck out 10 and walked just one in six no-hit innings. He earned his second win with Buffalo in a 4-1 victory over the Bats.
