Bisons Activate LHP Mike Zagurski

The Buffalo Bisons today announced that LHP MIKE ZAGURSKI has been activated to the team after signing a minor league contract with the Toronto Blue Jays.

ZAGURSKI, 31, began the season with the Columbus Clippers and was 2-0 with a 2.76 ERA in 16 appearances (16.1 IP, 11 H, 10 BB, 22 SO). He split the 2013 season with between the Pittsburgh and New York Yankees organizations and saw time with both the Pirates and the Yanks. At Triple-A last season, the southpaw was 6-4 with a 2.66 ERA and two saves in 39 games between Indianapolis and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
