Brampton Beast News Release
BRAMPTON, ONTARIO - The Brampton Beast, ECHL affiliate of the St. John's IceCaps and Montreal Canadiens, announce today that the club has acquired forwards Ray Kaunisto and Matt Syroczynski ahead of this tonight's game against the Atlanta Gladiators.

During his 2009-10 season with the Fort Wayne Komets, then of the IHL, he earned the Bud Poile Trophy as playoff MVP, helping the Komets to an IHL championship with a fantastic playoff run, which included scoring 11 goals in 12 games.
