Baysox Invite Fans to Margaritaville

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce today Welcome to Margaritaville Night at Prince George's Stadium Saturday, July 23, as the Baysox take on the Trenton Thunder at 6:35 p.m. Fans are invited to show up in their beach best as the Baysox pay tribute to Jimmy Buffett with songs, trivia, and in-game promotions.

Baysox Promotions Manager Chris Rogers helped plan the event. "I'm a Jimmy Buffett fan so I'm really excited for a night dedicated to the legendary singer," Rogers said. "I can hardly wait to see how many Parrottheads show up wearing their flip-flops and Hawaiian shirts ready to relax and listen to their favorite Buffett tunes."

Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant in Pasadena, Md., part of a chain owned by Jimmy Buffett, has donated two prize packages that will be raffled off to fans over the age of 21. Fans can also stick around after the game for a postgame fireworks extravaganza that is better than a cheeseburger in paradise.
