BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce today the Irish Beer Dinner on Salute to the Irish Night Thursday, June 17, as the team takes on the Reading Phillies at 7:05 p.m. The event takes place in the Diamond View Restaurant at Prince George's Stadium and features a two-hour buffet and three-hour open bar with Irish themes.

The buffet starts at 6 p.m. and features Irish fare like Irish beef stew, shepherd's pie, shannon salmon, homemade Irish soda bread and more. The open bar includes Killian's Red, Murphy's Stout, Murphy's Red Ale, Samuel Adams Irish Red and Smithwick's Ale. Soft drinks and water are also available.

The climate-controlled Diamond View Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy the event. Fans can watch the game from either the air-conditioned interior or from seats on a deck outside the restaurant. Perched on top of the Press Box behind home plate, the restaurant provides a great view of all the action on the field.
