B-Sens release Soucy

Binghamton Senators News Release


BINGHAMTON - The Binghamton Senators today released right wing Dominic Soucy from his amateur try-out agreement.

Soucy, a 21-year-old rookie from St. Jean Chrysostome, Quebec, had no points or penalty minutes and a -2 rating in two games for the B-Sens. He will report to the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL.

Soucy tallied 55 points (17 goals, 38 assists) and had 129 penalty minutes in 70 games last season for Prince Edward Island of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

The B-Sens return to action on Friday night when the Hershey Bears make their first appearance of the season at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. Call (607) 722-SENS for ticket information.
