LAST GAME: The Binghamton Mets used a walk-off RBI sac fly from Dilson Herrera to score Kyle Johnson and beat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 4-3, on Wednesday. Travis Taijeron tied the game with an RBI single earlier in the inning. The B-Mets scored three runs in the final two stanzas. Herrera finished 1-for-3 with a home run and two RB1. Tyler Pill tossed 7.2 innings and allowed three runs on six hits. Chase Huchingson picked up his second win by tossing 1.1 scoreless frames and striking out three to close out the game. It's the first time Binghamton has won a game when trailing after eight innings this season.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Greg Peavey makes his13th start of the season and his second against New Hampshire. The 26-year-old is coming off a win in his last outing. He tossed eight innings, allowed one run and struck out seven in a 6-1 Binghamton win over Trenton on Friday, July 25. Peavey had his best performance of the year in his only other appearance against the Fisher Cats. The righty threw a complete-game, two-hit shutout and struck out six in a 6-0 Binghamton win on May 7. He's won his last five outings with the B-Mets and has allowed just five total runs in the last 35 innings. The Oregon State product was taken by the Mets in the sixth round of the 2010 draft.

NEW HAMPSHIRE STARTER: RHP Casey Lawrence takes the mound for the 20th time this season and his 16th start. The McSherrytown, Pennsylvania native is coming off a win in his last outing. He tossed eight innings allowed just two hits and two unearned runs against Harrisburg on Friday, July 25. New Hampshire won the game 5-3. In five other appearances against Binghamton this season, Lawrence has made four starts. He's 2-1 with 4.03 ERA. The Albright College product was signed as a non-drafted free agent by Toronto on June 15, 2010.

PARTY TIME! EXCELLENT!: Binghamton's win over New Hampshire on Tuesday was it's first walk-off since May 15 against Altoona. That was done via a Cory Vaughn solo home run in the ninth. The game was also the first time the B-Mets had won a game when trailing after eight innings. They were 0-30 before Tuesday. Before Dilson Herrera hit a home run in the eighth inning, the B-Mets had only one run in their last 17 innings. They were 0-for-8 with RISP until Travis Taijeron singled to bring home Darrell Ceciliani in the ninth.

WE'RE GOING STREAKING: Jayce Boyd, T.J. Rivera and Brandon Nimmo all tied their season-high hitting streaks on Tuesday. Boyd and Nimmo are each riding five-gamers, while Rivera is on a seven-game stretch. The trio is a combined 24-for-62 (.387) during their respective streaks.

BACK ON TRACK: After the Binghamton bullpen allowed six runs over the course of three games, the unit's pitched a shutout over the last three outings. That's a span of 7.1 innings. They have allowed just two hits, two walks and have struck out six batters in that time.

HERE COMES THE HOT STEPPER: Binghamton INF Brian Burgamy is 21-for-59 (.356) against New Hampshire this season. He has five home runs and four doubles in 15 games. The slugger's also walked 11 times. As a team, the B-Mets are hitting .283 against the Fisher Cats in 2014.

THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES: Wednesday is the final regular season meeting be New Hampshire and Binghamton. The B-Mets lead the season series 12-6 and are 5-3 at NYSEG Stadium. They've outscored the Fisher Cats 90-69 through the first 18 meetings in 2014.

NEXT GAME PREVIEW: Binghamton continues it's home stand and welcomes Bowie to the Southern Tier for a four-game set on Thursday. RHP Matt Bowman takes the mound for the B-Mets against RHP Matt Bischoff for the Baysox.
