LAST GAME: The B-Mets scored 11 runs for the second straight game, beating Richmond, 11-3, Thursday night at The Diamond. All eight B-Mets had a hit, including multiple from six. Gavin Cecchini led the way, going 5-for-6. Vince Belnome had two hits and two RBI in his first B-Met start, while Jonathan Galvez had three hits and three RBI. Rainy Lara allowed one hit in five innings, earning a no-decision.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Seth Lugo is making his 18th start of the season and second against Richmond. Lugo has won four consecutive starts for the first time in his career, allowing just one run in 25 innings during that span. Lugo has struck out 34 batters in his last 32 innings pitched. The righty took the loss in his first start against Richmond, allowing four runs in six innings. He surrendered seven hits while striking out a season-high eight.

RICHMOND STARTER: RHP Joe Biagini is making his 18th appearance and 17th start with Richmond. It's his first start against Binghamton this season. Biagini is coming off a no-decision, allowing four runs in six innings to Erie. He had allowed four total earned runs in his previous four starts combined. He has a 1.37 ERA in eight home starts this season. Biagini is currently third in the EL in ERA.

THREE IN A ROW: Binghamton has now won three games in a row, outscoring their opponents 25-7. It's the first time Binghamton has won back-to-back games by seven or more runs since 4/10-11, 2014, when they beat New Hampshire by scores of 9-1 and 7-0.

ALIVE AND AMPLIFIED: Binghamton has scored double-digit runs in back-to-back games for the first time since June 10-12, 2014, when they did so against Akron in three consecutive games.

NEW ERA: The B-Met bullpen's ERA is under 4.00 for the first time this season (3.98). Binghamton relievers have worked to a 1.54 ERA in the month of July.

SAVED BY THE BELL: Thursday was Binghamton's first blown save since July 2nd. The B-Mets are 15-for-17 in save opportunities since June 6th.

MILESTONES: Brock Peterson has now hit 199 career home runs, while Josh Rodriguez sits at 97.

FIRST IMPRESSION: Former Rock Cat Joe Benson has reached base in his first 17 games with the B-Mets, recording a hit in 14 of them. Benson has recorded multiple hits in seven of those 14 games. Seven of his nine B-Met RBI have come on go-ahead hits, while another tied a game.

HIGH FIVE: Gavin Cecchini became the first B-Met to notch five hits in a game this season, when he went 5-for-6 in Thursday's win. He has hit safely in six straight games, batting .538 (12-for-26) with five RBI during that time. Cecchini is 9-for-11 with four RBI in the last two games. His five hits Thursday were a career-high.

MAKING UP FOR LOST TIME: Jonathan Galvez is 8-for-13 with six RBI, since beginning his B-Met career 0-for-16. Galvez has three hits and multiple RBI in two of his last three games.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN: Binghamton is 32-22 on the road this season, best record in the league. They have won 10 of their 12 games away from NYSEG Stadium.

FIRST THINGS FIRST: Binghamton is 18-6 when scoring in the first inning this season. Overall, the B-Mets are 37-13 when scoring first.

JULY HEAT: B-Mets lead the league with 19 July wins.
