Austin Toros Host 2010 NBA D-League Draft Party Tonight

The Austin Toros will host their 2010 NBA D-League Draft party on Monday, November 1 at 6 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Austin. Fans should arrive early for games, prizes and fun for the whole family to enjoy. The event is free to the public and the Toros are inviting all their fans to come out and celebrate the beginning of a new season.
New Head Coach Brad Jones will be present to greet Toros fans and announce selections, along with mascot Da Bull and the Capital City Dancers. The Toros have the 14th pick in the first of eight rounds of a "serpentine" process, meaning the order is reversed after each round. The Draft will be held via teleconference at the League's headquarters in New York and begins at 7 p.m. ET. Team selections can be viewed online at www.nba.com/dleague.
