
AHL announces suspension
January 10, 2006 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. . The American Hockey League today announced that Cleveland Barons forward Craig Valette has been suspended for three (3) regular-season games as a result of his actions during an AHL game vs. the Peoria Rivermen on Jan. 7.
Valette will miss Cleveland's games tonight (Jan. 10) at Iowa, Friday (Jan. 13) at Milwaukee and Saturday (Jan. 14) at Iowa. He will be eligible to return on Sunday (Jan. 15) at Chicago.
