Reno, Nev. - The Reno Aces conclude the 2013 home schedule with a five-game homestand beginning Aug. 21, highlighted by giveaways, fireworks, discounts and special events. First pitch for each game is scheduled for 7:05 p.m., except for the Sunday finale (6:05 p.m.).
Over the course of the final homestand, the Aces will celebrate five great seasons with Aces' Fan Appreciation Week. During Wednesday's series opener, fans can take advantage of Dollar Wednesdays presented by KTVN Channel 2 News, featuring $1 hot dogs throughout the game. Aces Ballpark will also host the final Dog Days of Summer that night. For only $25, fans can purchase a dog days pack that includes two general admission tickets for that night's Aces game. Thursday evening marks another Coors Light Thirsty Thursday⢠presented by New West Distributing, ESPN Radio 94.5 FM and Reno News & Review. Fans can enjoy $2 beer specials through the middle of the fifth inning. The Reno Aces and University of Nevada will also be celebrating Pack the Park night at the ballpark.
Friday's game brings Saint Mary's Fireworks Friday presented by KRNV News 4 back to the ballpark, with fireworks immediately following the game. Small Business Night also returns one last time Friday, with the chance for local businesses to promote their company to Aces fans. For $400, businesses can purchase a package that includes 30 game tickets, a table on the concourse, and live video and logo recognition on the scoreboard during the post-game fireworks show.
