Las Vegas, NV â The Las Vegas Wranglers beat the Bakersfield Condors 2-1 on Saturday night in front of 7,007 fans at the Orleans Arena. Wranglers' center Matt Dzieduszycki scored both Wranglers goals in the victory. Goalie Marc Magliarditi made 26 saves for his 16th win of the season, Magliarditi also assisted on the game-winning goal. The Condors lost goaltender Yutaka Fukufuji just 2:19 into the first period. Condors back-up goaltender Davis Parley came in and made 41 saves on 43 shots in the loss. The Wranglers will face the Alaska Aces on Tuesday night at 7:05 pm.
In the first period, Condors center Sylvain Deschatelets scored to give Bakersfield the 1-0 lead. Wranglers center Matt Dzieduszycki scored an unassisted goal to tie the game at one.
In the third period, Matt Dzieduszycki scored the game winner. Marco Peluso and Marc Magliarditi each had an assist on the game-winning goal.
The Wranglers conclude their season with a three-game home stand against Alaska on April 5th, 8th, and 9th at 7:05 pm. On Friday April 8th, the Wranglers will hand out 1,500 six-pack coolers sponsored by KOMP 92.3 FM. On Saturday April 9th, every fan through the door will receive a Wranglers team poster sponsored by NBC-TV 3.
April 2nd is the final date for season seat holders to renew their seats for the upcoming 2005-06 season, before they are released to the general public. Fans may contact the Wranglers front office (702-471-7825) to renew their full season seat packages, as well as their mini-plans.
Tickets for all games are on sale now. Fans may purchase seats to all Wranglers home games at any of the following ticket locations; The Orleans Arena Box Office, Coast Casinos' showroom box offices at The Orleans, Gold Coast and Suncoast, or at the Boulevard, Galleria or Meadows Malls guest relations/ticket centers.
The Wranglers play all 36 home games at the Orleans Arena, located at the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
