Albuquerque Isotopes News Release

Dodgers 12 (53-53), Isotopes 5 (46-60) - Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark | Oklahoma City, OK

AT THE DISH: A pair of Isotopes hit their first Triple-A home runs on Monday, as LJ Hatch went deep in the fourth before Elehuris Montero blasted a solo shot in the ninth ... Hatch's blast was the second of back-to-back blasts with Brian Serven in the fourth ... Serven, Yonathan Daza, Colton Welker and Alan Trejo all had two hits.

TOEING THE RUBBER: Starting pitcher José Mujica (2-10, 8.92) started his outing with three scoreless innings but surrendered four runs in the fourth and back-to-back homers by Zach Reks and Cristian Santana to start the fifth before being removed ... Antonio Santos had the only scoreless appearance of the day for an Albuquerque pitcher ... Nate Griep, Reagan Todd and Jake Bird all allowed runs.

TOPES TIDBITS: Albuquerque has not won consecutive games since a three-game streak in Sugar Land from Aug. 14-16 ... The Isotopes are 8-10 all-time on Labor Day with a four-game losing skid ... Hatch had not gone deep in his last 184 at-bats dating back to Aug. 4, 2019 when he was playing for High-A Lancaster.

ON DECK: Albuquerque will aim to split the series Tuesday evening in what is perhaps one of the most anticipated pitching matchups in Isotopes history. Rockies top pitching prospect Ryan Rolison (1-1, 6.33) is slated to get the ball for Albuquerque, while Clayton Kershaw is tentatively scheduled to make a rehab start for Oklahoma City. First pitch from Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is set for 6:05 MT (7:05 CT).
