Columbia, SC, July 18, 2002â The Columbia Inferno proudly announce the 2002-2003 schedule to be played in the Carolina Coliseum/Frank McGuire Arena.
The Inferno will kick off their second season against the Columbus Cottonmouths at home on Friday, October 11th. This year the Inferno will play 51 games against teams in the Southeast Division. They will be facing the Pee Dee Pride, Greenville Grrrowl and Augusta Lynx nine times each throughout the season and the Florida Everblades, Columbus Cottonmouths and South Carolina Stingrays eight times.
Fans will have a chance to see the Inferno play a much more fan friendly schedule this season with 10 Thursdays, 15 Fridays, nine Saturdays and one game each on Wednesday and Sunday. Start time for all games will be 7:05pm.
Two home preseason games are scheduled for Friday, October 4th against the Augusta Lynx and Monday, October 7th as they host the South Carolina Stingrays. The Inferno is on the road Saturday, October 5th for a preseason game in Augusta.
