Colorado Eagles Announce 2026-27 Regular Season Schedule
July 9, 2026 - WINDSOR, CO. - The Colorado Eagles, proud AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, have officially announced the team's 2026-27 regular season schedule. The season will kick off when Colorado travels to take on the Tucson Roadrunners on Friday, October 3rd. The Eagles will make their home debut on Friday, October 9th against the Abbotsford Canucks at Blue Arena.

Letestu Named Assistant Coach of NHL's Vegas Golden Knights
June 30, 2026 - WINDSOR, CO. - The Colorado Eagles, proud AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, have announced that Mark Letestu has been named assistant coach of the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights. Letestu spent the 2025-26 season as head coach of the Eagles, leading the team to a 41-20-6-5 record and a trip to the AHL Western Conference Final for the first time in team history. In addition, he was named head coach of the Pacific Division All-Star Team at the 2026 AHL All-Star Classic.

Weiss Named Head Coach of Las Vegas PWHL Expansion Team
June 15, 2026 - WINDSOR, CO. - The Colorado Eagles, proud AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, have announced that assistant coach Kim Weiss has accepted the position as head coach of the PWHL's new expansion team in Las Vegas. Weiss has spent the past two seasons with the Eagles and is just the second woman in AHL/NHL history to serve as an assistant coach in a full-time role.

Chicago Advances to Calder Cup Final with 4-3 Win in Game Seven
June 9, 2026 - LOVELAND, CO. - Chicago netted a pair of goals to break a 2-2 deadlock in the third period and held on for a 4-3 victory over the Colorado Eagles in Game Seven of the Western Conference Final on Monday. The win now sends the Wolves to face the Toronto Marlies in the Calder Cup Final. Chicago forwards Ryan Suzuki and Noah Philp led the way with a goal and an assist each, while goaltender Amir Miftakhov collected the win in net, making 39 saves on 42 shots.
