Bongiovanni, 26, skated in 65 AHL games with the Belleville Senators and Hershey Bears last season, recording 15 goals and 15 assists for 30 points. June 25, 2026 - Providence, RI - The Professional Hockey Players' Association announced today, June 25, that goaltender Michael DiPietro has been selected as the inaugural winner of the Doug Messier Award as the most outstanding American Hockey League player for the 2025-26 season.
