December 20, 2025 - WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The Pee Dee IceCats rallied from a 3-0 first period deficit but could not close the gap in a 4-2 loss to the Twin City Thunderbirds on Saturday night. December 19, 2025 - FLORENCE, SC - Zach White scored twice and Gus Ford netted the game winner as the Twin City Thunderbirds blanked the Pee Dee IceCats 3-0 on Friday night at Florence Center. IceCats Acquire Frolov from Hat Tricks

December 17, 2025 - FLORENCE, SC - The Pee Dee IceCats have acquired forward Vadim Frolov from the Danbury Hat Trick this morning in exchange for defenseman Austin Pickford and the rights to forward Eimantas Noreika. The 22-year-old Frolov has split this season between Danbury in the FPHL and the Birmingham Bulls of the SPHL. He has a combined five goals and seven points along with 35 minutes in penalties. IceCats Get Kuhn in Blockbuster Trade

December 14, 2025 - FLORENCE, SC - The Pee Dee IceCats made a major move today, acquiring goaltender Sean Kuhn from the Monroe Moccasins for cash considerations. Kuhn, 29, is a veteran of 112 pro games between the ECHL, SPHL and FPHL. This season with the Moccasins he has posted a perfect 6-0-0-0 mark to go with a 3.08 GAA and .885 save percentage. Kuhn is a career 42-39-6 as a pro. He also played three seasons with Nazareth (NY) College, and was elected NCAA III (UCHC) Second Team All-Conference in 2018-19. ... Full Story
