Stars Fall To Sonora, 6-4

November 21, 2015 - TACOMA, Wash. -- The Tacoma Stars (4-1) dropped their first game of the season to Soles De Sonora (3-1), 6-4 on Friday night at the ShoWare Center. The Stars were led by midfielder Jamael Cox, who posted a brace with a pair of goals in the third quarter. Tacoma goalkeeper Danny Waltman recorded 10 saves on 16 shots. Johnson Earns MASL Team of the Week Honors

November 18, 2015 - TACOMA, Wash. -- Tacoma Stars forward Derek Johnson was named to the Major Arena Soccer League Team of the Week for week four, the league announced today. Johnson combined to score five goals, including a hat trick on Saturday against the Sacramento Surge, and added three assists for a total of eight points in the Stars three games last weekend. November 15, 2015 - SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Tacoma Stars (4-0) defender Cory Keitz scored with just under four minutes left in the match to break a tie and give the Stars a 4-3 victory over the Sacramento Surge (0-5) on Sunday evening at Estadio Azteca.
