Wranglers Trade Kang To Johnstown

The Las Vegas Wranglers announced today that forward Matt Kang has been traded to the Johnstown Chiefs for future considerations.

Kang, 21, appeared in 24 games for the Wranglers prior to his trade, scoring four goals and one assist and accumulating 28 penalty minutes.

The Toronto, Ontario, native joined the Wranglers after attending training camp with the AHL's San Antonio Rampage. Kang enjoyed a successful juniors career, where the skilled left winger scored 130 goals and added 168 assists in 358 games.

The Las Vegas Wranglers(r) are the ECHL affiliate to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes and the American Hockey League's San Antonio Rampage. Follow the Wranglers on Twitter at www.twitter.com/WranglersLV.
