The Situation
The Grizzlies at 21-19-2-4, head to Boise after three-straight come-from-behind shootout contests in Victoria that ran their unbeaten streak to 3-0-0-2.
Road Success
The Grizzlies are currently 3-1-0-3 on the road after an 0-6-1-0 stretch that followed them starting the year 6-1 away from the E-Center.
Itinerary
The Grizzlies held a team Super Bowl party Sunday in Victoria and are currently in transit to Boise where they will practice at the Qwest Arena Tuesday before opening the three-game in four-night division series.
Goals-Allowed
The Grizzlies have allowed three goals or less in four of their last five games and are 20-3-2-2 this year when allowing three goals or less.
James Sixsmith Update
James Sixsmith, who has 10 goals and 15 assists for 25 points in 16 games with Utah did not travel with the team to Victoria after falling ill just prior to the team's flight to Victoria. Sixsmith is scheduled to join the Grizzlies Monday night in Boise and is hopeful to return at some point this week. Sixsmith also leads the Grizzlies with a plus-ten.
Still Undefeated When....
With two goals in his last four games, the Grizzlies have improved to 9-0 this year when Vlady Nikiforov scores a goal.
Big Goals
Lance Galbraith leads the Grizzlies with four goals in his last five games. Two of his scores have come on the power-play, one was a game-winning goal and Saturday's marker gave Utah a 2-1 lead that they took to the third period.
Back Home
The Grizzlies return home to open a five-game home stand Wednesday, February 17 when they will host Victoria at 7:05 p.m.
