Wranglers to Collect Funds for Japan at Remaining Home Games

Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers© announced that they will be collecting donations to aid the Salvation Army's efforts in Japan through the remainder of their regular season.

Many in Las Vegas and throughout the United States have family members and friends who have been affected by the recent tragedy in Japan. The Wranglers are asking fans and members of the Las Vegas community to help by making a monetary donation at any of their remaining home games.

All donations collected by the Wranglers will be forwarded to The Salvation Army, which has set up a specific fund for Japanese relief efforts. According the Salvation Army, 100% of money donated will be sent to The Salvation Army of Japan.

Anyone who wishes to donate is encouraged to submit a check, payable to The Salvation Army with the note "Japan earthquake relief" to the Wranglers guest services table at any of the team's remaining home games. Cash donations are also accepted. Donations will also be accepted by mail and can be sent to:

The Las Vegas Wranglers© are the ECHL affiliate to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes and the American Hockey League's San Antonio Rampage.

2010-11 prorated season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
