The Las Vegas Wranglers announced on Wednesday the team will partner with the NSPCA Foundation to raise money for animal cruelty prevention.

Fans may purchase these tickets by going to www.nevadaspca.org and clicking on the ticket link. The first 2,000 fans will receive a Wranglers pet bowl. The NSPCA will be handing out information on the concourse at the game against Alaska this Friday at 7:05 pm at the Orleans Arena.
The Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a non-profit organization that operates a no-kill animal sanctuary, promotes humane education, rescues animals and makes a life-time commitment to rescued animals in the community, until they are adopted or pass on. The organization has been in Clark County for over 25 years and they continue a strong presence in the valley. The NSPCA started in a garage with small cages to help rescue animals, and the organization now has built 120 kennels, cat condos, rabbit and guinea pig havens and a medical unit in a 10,000 square feet building. The NSPCA is running short on room and needs more space. The NSPCA is located at 4800 W. Dewey Drive and is open six days a week: Monday Thursday from 11:00 am 4:00 pm and Friday- Saturday from 11:00 am 5:00 pm. The NSPCA may be reached by calling (702)-873-7722 (SPCA) or online at www.nevadaspca.org.

WRANGLERS TRUMP ACES
The Las Vegas Wranglers (41-11-12, 94 Points) defeated the Alaska Aces (37-22-5, 79 Points) 3-2 on Tuesday night in front of 4,554 fans at the Orleans Arena. Left wing Ryan Donally scored with just under ten minutes remaining in regulation to lift the Wranglers over the Aces. Forwards Nathan Barrett and Kelly Czuy each scored as the team improved to 6-0-2 over their last eight games. Goalie Daniel Manzato improved to 22-5-6 on the season, stopping 24 of 26 Alaska shots. With the victory, Las Vegas lowered its magic number to clinch the National Conference and Pacific Division to nine points. Despite making 35 saves on the evening, Alaskas Chris Beckford-Tseu dropped just his second decision in 11 starts this season. Aces forwards Olivier Fillion, Brett Hemingway and Josh Soares each recorded two points as Las Vegas took the first regulation decision in the season series.
