What Lockout?
November 16, 2004 - ECHL (ECHL)
Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies News Release
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the New York Islanders, today unveiled the 2004-05 "Hockey Lovers Package", which is designed for NHL ticket plan holders that have been shutout this year because of the ongoing labor situation.
The 2004-05 "Hockey Lovers Package" offers a Premier Level ticket to five pre-selected Bullies games for one low price of $50. The five games include Friday, November 26th vs. Long Beach; Saturday, December 11 vs. Johnstown; Sunday, January 2nd vs. Toledo; Saturday, January 15th vs. Reading; and Friday, January 28th vs. Trenton. All games begin at 7:05PM with the exception of Sunday, January 2nd which is a 2:05PM matinee contest.
"We know that there are fans in Philadelphia, across New Jersey, and even in the New York area that are starving for hockey," said Bullies Vice President and General Manager Dan Belisle. "This is our attempt to reach out to those people and let them know that not only are we playing hockey, but you can come and watch us play at a very affordable price."
Should the NHL resume play during the 2004-05 season, any NHL ticket plan holder who purchases the "Hockey Lovers Package" or any Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies ticket plan shall be eligible for a full refund of any unplayed games contained within the package. To be eligible for the refund, the customer must demonstrate that they have renewed their NHL ticket plan for the 2004-05 season with proof of purchase.
The Bullies Customer Service department will be happy to discuss a simple exchange program should any of the above pre-selected games be inconvenient to a fan's schedule. Call (609) 348-PUCK to speak with a Bullies Customer Service Representative.
The Bullies continue their season-long seven-game home stand at 7:05PM on Tuesday against the Dayton Bombers. Help the Bullies and the Salvation Army of Atlantic County with the second annual "Bring On The Warmth" coat drive.
