Whale Loan Chris McKelvie to Greenville

HARTFORD, December 4, 2010: Connecticut Whale general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the team has loaned forward Chris McKelvie to its ECHL affiliate, the Greenville Road Warriors.
McKelvie, a rookie out of Bemidji State University, has scored one goal and added two assists for three points in 15 games with the Whale, and has served 15 minutes in penalties. Last season he played in six games with the Hartford Wolf Pack at the conclusion of his college career, and registered two goals and an assist for three points, plus two penalty minutes. That was after a senior season at Bemidji State that saw McKelvie post totals of 8-10-18, with 26 PIM, in 37 games.
