
Vey and Pearson Return to Manchester

LOS ANGELES. CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have recalled forward Tyler Toffoli and defenseman Jeff Schultz from the Monarchs and have assigned forwards Tanner Pearson and Linden Vey to Manchester, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.
Toffoli, 21, has played in 33 games with the Kings this season, recording 17 points (9-817), four penalty minutes, five game-winning goals and a plus-14 rating. Toffoli has also played in 13 games with the Monarchs this season, recording 16 points (10-616) and two penalty minutes.
Schultz, 27, has played in 41 games for the Monarchs this season, recording seven points (1-67) and 14 penalty minutes.
Pearson, 21, has played in eight games with the Kings this season, recording one goal and zero penalty minutes. Pearson has also played in 30 games with the Monarchs this season, recording 25 points (13-1225), 14 penalty minutes and a plus-9 rating.
Vey, 22, has played in 15 games with the Kings this season, recording five points (all assists) and zero penalty minutes. Vey has also played in 20 games with the Monarchs this season, recording 22 points (6-1622) and 14 penalty minutes.
The Monarchs will take on the Worcester Sharks at 7:00 p.m. at Verizon Wireless Arena on Friday, January 24.
