Utah Looks To Continue Winning Ways At Home

The Grizzlies (14-34-0-3) are red hot at home lately going 3-0-0-1 in their last four games earning seven of a possible eight points. Last night the Grizzlies shutout the San Antonio Rampage (22-29-2-4) 1-0 behind 35 saves from Jamie Storr and a second period goal by Justin Cox, his fourth of the season. Utah has earned a point in four straight home games and are 1-0 on their current four-game home stand.

The Rampage have dropped four straight games being outscored 13-2 over that stretch including being shutout in each of their last two games. San Antonio has gone over 133 minutes without scoring a goal. Cox's game winner last night was his second goal in his last three games. Utah leads the season series with the Rampage 4-3 with three games remaining.

Tonight's Storylines:

- Utah has earned points in four straight home games going 3-0-0-1 with all four games being decided by one goal.

- Jamie Storr is 2-1 with a 1.68 GAA and a .957 save percentage since joining the Grizzlies

- The Grizzlies are 9-5-0-1 in their last 15 home games.

- Left wing Aaron Gavey is one assist shy of 200 professional assists.

- Jarrod Skalde is one assist shy of 500 professional assists.

- Utah signed defenseman David Cornacchia on Friday. He was a +1 last night in his season debut with Utah.

- Forwards Martin Podlesak (shoulder), Sheldon Keefe (knee), Doug Doull (upper body) and Jeff Taffe (facial injuries) along with defenseman Rick Berry (lower body) are all out of the line-up for Utah

Next Game: The Grizzlies will host the Houston Aeros on Monday with a special President's Day start time of 2:00 PM.
