Bears and Pens set to square off at Giant Center Saturday
February 19, 2005 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Hershey Bears News Release
It's the fourth meeting of ten between the two clubs with big East Division implications tonight along HERSHEYPARK Drive. The BEARS and Penguins get together tonight for the first time this season at GIANT Center after HERSHEY won two of three games at Wachovia Arena in the last three weeks.
Peter Budaj is expected to draw the start tonight as he looks for his 22nd win of the season. While the BEARS look to rebound after a 6-1 loss at Norfolk Friday, the Pens come to town after a 3-2 loss against Bridgeport one evening ago.
Tonight's national anthem at GIANT Center will be performed by Felicia Renae Hicks, a Susquehanna Township High School graduate and Seventeen Magazine and Atlantic Records National contest winner. Tickets are still available for tonight's game and tomorrow afternoon's game vs. Syracuse at the GIANT Center box office, or by calling (717) 534-3911. The contest is also on radio tonight through the BEARS radio network and www.pennlive.com. John Walton calls the action beginning with the pre-game show at 6:40 p.m.
