Greenville Grrrowl News Release
GREENVILLE, SC â The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL, proud affiliates of the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers have announced promotions for the upcoming home stand at the BI-LO Center this Friday and Saturday nights. The Grrrowl will host the Charlotte Checkers on Friday (1/21) and the Mississippi Seawolves on Saturday (1/22) evening. Both games will begin at 7:05pm.
FRIDAY PROMOTIONS:
TOP DOG MEMBERS "Exclusive" Puck Giveaway
All Top Dog Members (ONLY) will receive an "Advanced Auto Parts/Grrrowl Souvenir Puck". Season ticket, mini-plan and flex-pack holders can come to the Fan Accommodations Table (section 114) to receive a souvenir puck.
BABIES "R" US Baby Races
Go to Babies "R" Us to register your child to enter the challenge to determine the "Fastest Baby In the Upstate". Babies (limited space for "Crawlers" only) will race during an intermission with a change to win a prize pack from Babies "R" Us.
American Red Cross "Tsunami Relief" Check Presentation
The Grrrowl present a check to the American Red Cross International Response Fund to aid with Tsunami relief efforts. On behalf of the many fans and organizations associated with the Grrrowl, a check will be presented to Center Ice Charities for $3,552.91 that will be forwarded to the ARC.
SATURDAY PROMOTIONS:
Girl Scout Night
Girl Scout groups from around the upstate will be on hand to enjoy the excitement! Boy Scouts will have their night on February 19th.
Post-Game Player Autograph session
Get your favorite players' autograph after the game. All players will be on the ice and stationed at the four corners of the ice to sign autographs and take photos
Grrrowl Soundstage
Brian Ferry (acoustical guitar) will be featured during pre-game, intermissions, and post-game on the Grrrowl Soundstage. The Soundstage is located on the concourse at the BI-LO Center outside section 103.
The Grrrowl finish a three-game road trip on Tuesday night (1/18) in Columbia (7:30pm). Greenville tied for third place in the division with Columbia with 39 points.
