Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies News Release
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies, a proud affiliate of the New York Islanders, have announced that captain Luke Curtin has been selected as the captain of the National Conference All-Star Team that will meet the American Conference in the 13th annual Coors Light ECHL All-Star Game on Wednesday, January 26 at the Sovereign Center in Reading, PA. The announcement was mader earlier this afternoon at the ECHL office in Princeton.
Curtin, 27, leads the Bullies and ranks tied for seventh in the ECHL scoring race with 9 goals and 38 points. The Roseville, MN native is making his third trip to the ECHL All-Star Game and his second as a starter. While a member of the Baton Rouge Kingfish, Curtin was selected as a starter to the 2000 Southern Conference All-Star Team and was named to the 1999 Southern Conference All-Star Team.
Atlantic City returns to Historic Boardwalk Hall at 7:05PM on Friday, January 28 against the Trenton Titans for PACK THE HOUSE NIGHT.
