Two Threshers Named to FSL End-Of-Season All Star Team

CLEARWATER, Fla. - The Florida State League announced on Thursday morning LHP Keylan Killgore and outfielder Simon Muzziotti have been named to the 2019 Florida State League end of the year All Star Team.

The roster was voted on by field managers, coaches, official scorers and broadcasters from each team around the league.

Killgore takes one of the two relief pitcher spots after recording the most saves in the FSL for the 2019 season with 11. The Wichita State product holds a 3.57 ERA in 53 innings pitched, all in relief, maintaining a 1.34 WHIP. The 22-year-old went 15.1 innings scoreless in a span from May 17 to June 22.

Muzziotti is one of four outfielders named to the end of the year All Star squad. Muzziotti was also named an FSL mid-season All Star. The 20-year-old cracks the top 10 in the league for batting average (.287) and hits (121). The Maturín, Venezuela, native has the most multi-hit performances amongst his Threshers teammates with 31.
