Toronto Falls 2-1 in Overtime against Hamilton

The Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, defeated the Toronto Marlies by a score of 2-1 in overtime tonight at Copps Coliseum.

Forward Josh Leivo gave the Marlies a 1-0 lead at 5:01 of the first period. After a scoreless middle frame, Bulldogs captain Martin St. Pierre nodded the game at one on a powerplay with less than 10 minutes remaining in regulation. St. Pierre would strike again with his team on the man advantage at 2:56 of overtime to give the Bulldogs a 2-1 victory.

The Marlies return to the ice on Tuesday, November 5 when they travel to New York for a 7:05 p.m. game against the Utica Comets, AHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks.
