TRENTON, NJ – After 58 minutes and 19 seconds of scoreless hockey, Trenton winger Rick Kowlasky scored the Titans' game-winning goal in a 2-0 victory over rival Atlantic City in front of 6,322 fans at Sovereign Bank Arena.

Kowalsky converted his team-leading 13th goal of the season when the rebound of a Phil Lewandowski shot found his stick just inches from the Atlantic City net. Just 50 seconds later, Bryce Cockburn added an empty-netter to complete the Titans scoring.

Andrew Allen played spectacular in net for Trenton, recording 19 saves for the team's first shutout of the year and his 10th win of the season. With the victory, the Titans now trail the Boardwalk Bullies by just three points in the Northern Division.

Starting for the 26th consecutive game, Moreland suffered just his fifth loss of the season turning away 22 of 24 shots. Both teams were scoreless on four power play opportunities.

The Titans return to action Sunday, January 9 at 3:00 p.m. as they face the Bakersfield Condors. Tune into to MoneyTalk 1350AM to hear all of the Titans hockey action. Fans can also go to www.trentontitans.com to listen or watch live.
