Titans Add Judy To Blueline

TRENTON, NJ (March 24, 2005) –The Trenton Titans today announced that have agreed to terms with rookie defenseman Tim Judy for the remainder of the 2004-05 season. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Judy, 5'10", 180 lbs, just completed his senior year at Northeastern University where he was named the Old Time Hockey Best Defensive Defenseman by Hockey East coaches and was also the team's third-leading scorer with 20 points (4g, 16a) in 36 games.

"Tim gets around very well in the defensive end and he has good skill moving the puck," said Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations, Mike Haviland. "He was just voted the best defensemen in one of the top leagues in college hockey and we're excited to have him join us for our stretch run."

The 25-year old native of Bowie, MD finished his four-year career with the Huskies with 13 goals, 59 assists an 84 penalty minutes points in 143 games. Judy will wear #18 and will be in the line-up tomorrow tonight when the Titans conclude their four-year rivalry with the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies at 7:30pm.
