The Portland Timbers travel to face FC Dallas tonight, Saturday, May 1 at 5 p.m. (Pacific), at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. The match will feature a local broadcast on FOX 12 PLUS (KPDX).
Playing their second match in four days, the Timbers return to MLS regular-season action by traveling to face FC Dallas at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Saturday's MLS regular-season match marks the 28th meeting across all competitions between Portland and FC Dallas, with the Timbers leading the all-time series 10-8-9.
The Portland Timbers earned a 1-1 draw against Club América in the first leg of the quarterfinals in the Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League at Providence Park on April 28. The two teams will square off in the second leg on Wednesday, May 5, at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, Mexico. The May 5 match kicks off at 7:15 p.m. (Pacific) and will be broadcast on FS1. The winner will advance to the semifinals to take on either Atlanta United FC or the Philadelphia Union.
