General Manager Steve Tambellini announced today that the Edmonton Oilers have assigned defenseman Theo Peckham to the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.
Peckham, who was recalled from Springfield on November 6th, appeared in his first game of the season with the Oilers in Edmonton's 5-4 loss at Pittsburgh, registering a career-high 17 penalty minutes.
The Oilers conclude their season-high seven-game road trip with games at New Jersey on Sunday, November 9th and at the New York Rangers on Monday, November 10th.
The Edmonton Oilers 30th Anniversary Season is presented in part by the Rexall Family of Pharmacies, Bell, Molson Canadian, ATB Financial and Ford.
