CEDAR PARK, Texas - Having won two of their past three games, the Texas Stars prepare for a trio of divisional games this week beginning on Wednesday night.

-- THIS WEEK'S SCHEDULE --

November 11 vs. San Antonio Rampage, 7:30 p.m. and November 15 at San Antonio Rampage, 4 p.m.:

The Stars are in the middle of a stretch where three of their next four games will be against their in-state rival. The two teams face off Wednesday in Cedar Park, and then again on Sunday afternoon in San Antonio. The Stars and Rampage have split their first two meetings this year. Both games were decided by a goal and one needed overtime to determine the winner. The Rampage are the only team in the AHL without a regulation loss this season.

November 14 vs. Stockton Heat, 7 p.m.:

The last time Texas and Stockton squared off the two teams combined for 69 shots in a 1-0 goaltending duel that went to the Heat on Oct. 21. Jon Gillies stopped 36 shots in the Stockton win, but since that point the Heat have gone 0-4-0-1 to slip to the bottom of the Pacific Division with a .312 winning percentage. Four different players for Stockton are tied for the team lead with four points this year.

November 7 vs. San Antonio Rampage, 4-3 Loss:

Despite 48 shots on net and a furious comeback effort in the third period, the Texas Stars came up short in a 4-3 loss to Calvin Pickard and the San Antonio Rampage on Saturday night in front of 6,286 fans at Cedar Park Center. Trailing 4-1 in the third, the Stars tallied a pair of goals to close the gap to one. With the extra attacker on the ice in the final minute, Texas hit the crossbar and Brendan Ranford was denied on the doorstep to lift the Rampage in the end. Texas mounted a 20-5 shot advantage in the third in an effort to force overtime. Pickard finished with 45 saves in the win for San Antonio.

-- NEWS, NOTES AND UPCOMING MILESTONES -

Jack Campbell was assigned from the NHL's Dallas Stars on Saturday and dressed in his first game of the season as the backup goaltender against San Antonio. Jason Dickinson is riding a four-game point streak after recording a goal on Saturday against San Antonio. Saturday's game against the Rampage was the 150th pro game in Brendan Ranford's career.

-- UPCOMING PROMOTIONS --

Wednesday's game is a Winning Wednesday where if the Stars win, fans in attendance will receive a free ticket to the team's next Wednesday home game on Dec. 2 against the Rockford IceHogs. It is also an H-E-B Night where fans can donate an H-E-B-branded, non-perishable food item at the box office for a $5 discount on their ticket purchase.

For fans that arrive early, Saturday's game will feature a touchscreen gloves giveaway from ISS Facility Services. Saturday's contest is also a Coke Zero Family Four Pack and Texas Lottery Lucky Row Night. Fans can purchase four tickets, four hot dogs and four soft drinks for as low at $16 per person, courtesy of Coke Zero, and the first Stars player to score wins free scratch-off tickets for a lucky row of seats at Cedar Park Center, courtesy of the Texas Lottery.
