Teddy Bear Toss and a Packed Sunday Highlight Griffins' Holiday Weekend

Friday, Nov. 26, 2010 vs. Rockford IceHogs

Time: 7 p.m. at Van Andel Arena (doors open at 6 p.m.).

Teddy Bear Toss: Emmanuel Free Church IGNITE group will be selling teddy bears on the concourse for a $3 donation, or fans can bring a new store-tagged teddy bear or stuffed animal to throw onto the ice when the Griffins score their first goal. All stuffed animals collected will be donated to Hug-A-Bears of Kent County.

Dollar Beers, Dollar Dogs: The ever-popular promotion runs from 6-8 p.m., when fans can enjoy $1 domestic drafts and $1 hot dogs while supplies last.

College Night: Presented by Chemical Bank, college students can show their ID to purchase a lower bowl ticket for $12 (or $10 in advance at The Zone) and stop by the McFadden's concourse table to receive a free pass to the post-game party at McFadden's.

Get in the D-ZONE: Every Friday night is a Griffins GRD-Zone Friday night. Avoid the concession lines and get your $1 beers and $1 hot dogs served to you in your seats! Organist: Dale Zieger will be on hand to provide organ music and chants for fans throughout the game.

Crazy Band and Jersey Card Giveaway: Kids in attendance will receive a Griffins logo Crazy Band, while the first 1,500 fans will receive a Francis Pare jersey card presented by Nordic Hot Tubs.

Russian Bar Trio: As seen on America's Got Talent, the Russian Bar Trio will perform during the first intermission.

In the Lineup: The Griffins and Huntington Bank are giving youth hockey players the chance to join the team on the ice during pre-game introductions during seven games this season.
