Taylor re-assigned to Blades from AHL

ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush, along with Head Coach Gerry Fleming announced today that forward Adam Taylor has been reassigned to the club by the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League.

Taylor returns to the Everblades for the third time this season after being called up to Rochester two separate times for a total of 51 games played in the AHL. With Rochester, Taylor tallied one goal and one assist. Overall in six games with the Everblades this season the 23-year-old has one goal and one assist. Taylor also saw action in five games at the AHL level last season with Rochester, registering no points and two penalty minutes.

In addition today, the Everblades placed forward Kirk MacDonald on the 7-day injury reserve list. MacDonald, who suffered the injury in Florida's 3-2 win over Mississippi on Friday night, heads to the IR with 35 points, 14 goals and 21 assists.
