Quad Cities River Bandits News Release
The wildly successful Tattoo Night presented by Bill's Garage Emporium is back for the third consecutive year, this week on Van's Pizza, Pub and Grill Thirst-day Thursday.
Fans will have the chance to show their loyalty to the River Bandits by having a free tattoo of a River Bandits logo permanently inked to a visible part of their body. Bill's Garage Tattoo Emporium will be drawing these permanent tattoos free of charge on fans that wish to participate. All fans receiving their permanent Bandit tattoos will be able to show their tattoo at the box office anytime during the remainder of the 2010 season and all of the 2011 season for a free berm ticket at any home game.
Last season, tattoo night garnered national attention when ESPN: The Magazine honored the River Bandits with a "Veckie Award" for the promotion. Last summer, 47 fans chose to get free permanent River Bandits tattoos. Over the past two seasons, over 70 fans have made themselves Bandit fans for life with a team tattoo.
Tickets are still available for Tattoo Night by calling or visiting the Modern Woodmen Park box office at (563) 3-BANDIT or online at RiverBandits.com.
